Appointment Requests

Online Booking Policies

  • Appointment requests can be made online but must be approved by The Studio.

  • Some stylists have a NO NEW CLIENTS or NO ONLINE BOOKING policy and may decline your request.

  • Online bookings will be confirmed by text message.

  • For cuts and colours: please book both services separately. Adding it in the notes does not guarantee the service.

   New Clients

     

A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking for colour services or any appointment                longer than 2 hours.

If the deposit is not received, the appointment will not be scheduled.

  Please book a consultation or email us if:

  • This is your first colour/highlight appointment with us.

  • It has been 6 months or more since your last colour/highlight.

  • You are 16 years or younger, or booking for someone under 16.

  • You are requesting a colour correction, drastic change, or fashion colour.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To provide the best experience for all our clients, we require that all appointments be confirmed at least 72 hours in advance through our booking system. A reminder will also be sent 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must notify your stylist directly. We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all changes or cancellations.

Please note:
   •   Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (“no-shows”),
will be charged the full service amount.
  •   This policy ensures our stylists’ time is respected and allows other clients the opportunity to book in.

Confirmation Text

As a courtesy, 48 hours prior to your appointment you will receive a confirmation text. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed/cancelled appointments and the cancellation fee.
