Online Booking Policies
Many appointment requests can be booked online however once you make your request, it has to be accepted by The Studio. Some stylists have a -NO NEW CLIENTS or NO ONLINE BOOKING policy- and they may decline your appointment.
Online booked appointments will be confirmed by text. Any additional information can be added to the notes(eg. a brief description of your current hair and what you’re looking to achieve in your appointment). Some stylists may require further information or may request a consultation in advance of your scheduled appointment.
Cut and colours must be booked separately through our online system. Simply stating in the comments that you’d like a cut with a colour will not guarantee the service. Reach out to your stylist ahead of time, to discuss complicated appointments.
TO ENSURE YOUR HAIR GETS THE ATTENTION IT DESERVES AND TO AVOID THE POTENTIAL RESCHEDULING OF YOUR APPOINTMENT PLEASE BOOK A CONSULTATION OR EMAIL THE SALON IF:
*This is your first color/highlight appointment with us
*It has been 6 months or longer since your last colour/highlight appointment
*You are booking a colour/highlight service and are 16 years or younger/You are booking for someone 16yrs or younger
*You are looking for a colour correction, drastic change or fashion colour
The Studio Policies
If you do not give us at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 25% of your scheduled service price which will be added to the cost of your next service. This also includes coming in for your scheduled appointment and choosing not to proceed with a service booked. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance.
As a courtesy, 48 hours prior to your appointment you will receive a confirmation text. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed/cancelled appointments and the cancellation fee.
