How early should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Never rush a good thing, we want to ensure that your given the time and care that you deserve.
What products do you use?
The Studio uses Goldwell, Kesasilk, Olaplex and Authentic Beauty Concept . Please inquire with your Stylist.
What if I do need to cancel?
No stress, we get it. Let us know 24-hours prior to your appointment and we'll make sure you don't incur any fees. But if we don't hear from you policy is that you'll be charged 100% of the services you booked. Extension deposits are non-refundable. Unfortunately extensions can't return them once you have bought them.

How do I schedule an appointment?
Here at The Studio, we are all independent stylists. Each of our chairs is our own business. We book and manage our own appointments. If you’d like to come and see us - reach out to the stylist you'd like to book with, our info is on our Bio or reserve your appointment online! Some stylists have a -NO NEW CLIENTS or NO ONLINE BOOKING policy- and they may decline your appointment.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and The Studio Gift Cards.
Do you offer free consultations?
Absolutely! We invite everyone to come into the salon for a complimentary 15 minute hair consultation before deciding to visit as a client. One of our team will sit down with you to get to know more about you, and your hair. For your convenience, you can choose to have your consultation the same day of your service, or on a separate day.
Do you do private events or weddings?
We love to host bridal parties and special events. To learn more about availability it is best to
