Our biggest priority is the safety and well-being of our guests and stylists.

We’ve all heard about the lifting of the mask mandate in BC. This is a celebration for some, but also potentially a source of anxiety for others. We want ALL of our clients and friends to feel comfortable when visiting our studio, so we will follow your lead. If you would like your stylist to continue wearing a mask during your service please just ask and we will! And please do not be afraid to let us know what will make you the most at ease.
some of our protocols remaind the same, these include:
~ All team members/guests asked to stay home if presenting with any symptoms of illness
~ Guests are asked to sanitize their hands before entering the salon
~ Masks are required optional while in the salon
~ Increased sanitation protocols by team members
~ Services are provided by appointment only
Covid 19 cancellation Policy
If you do not give us at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 25% of your scheduled service price which will be added to the cost of your next service. This also includes coming in for your scheduled appointment and choosing not to proceed with a service booked. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance.
